Ozone-exposed fish (Dracula): It is the smallest sturgeon fish of the Caspian Sea, which is mistakenly called by the name of all sturgeon fish in Iran. From a quality point of view, it ranks last because it uses smaller and cheaper caviar. In terms of artificial reproduction, it is facing problems and its number is decreasing in natural conditions. In translation, his name is long-nosed. It matures between 8 and 12 years old. Its height is equal to 1 to 1.5 meters and compared to other fish of this family in the Caspian Sea, it has a lighter weight.
