How to serve caviar
Caviar should be served cold, and placing caviar in a container containing ice is also suggested.
Caviar is eaten mostly in the morning and at the beginning of the meal. One of the most common ways to consume caviar is to put some caviar on toast that is covered with butter and eat it. Once the caviar package is opened, it must be consumed within 5 days, and after that the taste of caviar changes. Some people believe that eating caviar with a steel (metal) spoon and in a metal container changes its taste and lowers its quality. Accordingly, caviar is usually consumed with ceramic spoons and shells. Aromatic vegetables, sweets and bread are used along with caviar. There should be no rush to consume caviar and it should be eaten bit by bit.

How to properly store caviar
Caviar should always be stored at a temperature between -1 and -3 degrees Celsius.
To carry it, you can pack the caviar by placing some ice packs around it and move the caviar around.
In order to get the best taste and texture, the fresh caviar you bought should be consumed within 3 to 5 hours after opening the package.
If in any case you could not eat all the caviar in one meal.
Close the lid of the can tightly and keep it at the mentioned temperature, and try to serve it for a maximum of 5 days.
